I`M ANXIOUS ABOUT SELLING MY CAR, HOW DO I KNOW THAT IT`S SAFE?

We will do our best to reassure you and assist you every step of the way, we can pay by secure bank transfer directly into your account which you can verify with your bank before you release the car to us, or by Bankers draft – whichever you feel happier with. We will pay for your car at the time of collection, so you do not have to wait for payment.

I NEED TO SELL MY CAR TODAY, HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU BUY MY CAR?

An offer for your car can usually be made within one hour and we can usually complete a purchase on the day that you call us and always have funds available.

I WORK IRREGULAR HOURS – CAN YOU COLLECT MY CAR FROM ME AT WORK?

We can collect your car from wherever suits you, at a time convenient to you from anywhere in London. We have the flexibility to arrange early morning, evening or weekend appointments also.

WHICH TYPES OF CARS DO YOU BUY?

We will buy most makes & models, have a look at our list of “cars that we buy”. If your car is not listed, please call us and we will discuss your car fully with you, even if your car is not one that we would buy, we can assist you with information as to your options.

I DO NOT HAVE A V5 (LOGBOOK) – WILL YOU BUY MY CAR?

For us to be able to buy your car, we must have the V5 (logbook). If you have mislaid it, but the car is registered in your name, DVLA have an express service option available to you, or you can complete and return a V62 form - obtainable from the post office or online from this link www.direct.gov.uk.

I HAVE OUTSTANDING FINANCE – CAN I SELL MY CAR?

Yes, you can sell your car but the finance must be settled, there are two ways in which this can be done;

• You can settle your finance directly with your finance company by contacting them for a settlement figure and paying the outstanding balance - we will require written confirmation from them that they have received full, cleared payment when we collect your car.
• We can settle the finance for you, we will deduct the outstanding amount from the valuation of your car and pay it on your behalf - data protection laws require that you obtain the settlement figure - and we need written confirmation of the outstanding balance from your finance company.

NB - If you owe more than the sale price of your car, you will need to pay the balance prior to us collecting the car. We will require written confirmation of this from your finance company when we collect your car. Alternatively you can pay us the difference in the form of a Bankers draft made payable to the finance company.

MY CAR IS AN IMPORT - WILL YOU BUY MY CAR?

Yes, is the simple answer. We will base our quote on your specific car, often, imported cars have different specifications to UK models and may differ in value. Call us and we will discuss your particular car with you.
There are two types of import; "parallel" imports are cars purchased within the EU, which may have minor differences to that of a UK car or grey imports - purchased outside the EU, these cars require a different approach to valuation. Please specify the type of import when you contact us (details are specified on the V5 Registration document).
